The first decision you’ll need to make is whether you are going to use a florist to arrange your wedding flowers or do it yourself. On average, the cost of wedding flowers feom a florist will be 1.200-1.500 $  which might make some brides immediately want to go DIY.

It might not be more cost-effective to do them yourself, however. “Getting and arranging flowers is a lot of work and would leave the bride and bridal party exhausted and stressed out. If you have a vast ceremony room, like a castle with high ceilings, then you’ll need large arrangements that won’t get lost in the space. In contrast, registry offices often let you bring in your own decorations but you will only have a short time to set up and take them down, so elaborate floral hangings aren’t going to work. Some arrangements will simply not be possible in your venue, so speak to your venue’s wedding team about what has worked before.

Prune dead, dying, or poor foliage before you go on vacation. Also buy flowers and buds that will require more watering.

DO NOT FEED THEM

If you are using fertilizer on your indoor plants, do not use them in the weeks before going on vacation. Add your fertilizer on your return from vacation. Because fertilizer increases the growth rate of the plant, your plant should grow as slow as possible while you are on vacation. Thus, it needs less energy and water and your plant will not wither or dry.

DO NOT SKIP THE WATER

If you are going on vacation for a week or less, it will be enough to water your plants well before they go. It would be detrimental to your plants if you water too much at normal times, but make an exception when you go on vacation. However, pour out the excess water that has accumulated in the bowl of your plant’s pot, as this can cause your plant to rot.

CREATE A LIVING SPACE

Water your plant well, cover it with a transparent plastic bag up to the pot. This creates a temporary greenhouse and keeps moisture in. Be sure to make a few holes in the bag to allow air circulation. Remember, plants also need to breathe. Use wooden sticks to hold the bag away from the leaves.

REDUCE LIGHT

Move plants away from windows so they don’t photosynthesize quickly and need less moisture. We do not recommend moving them to the dark corner, but shifting them a few feet away from the window can significantly reduce the light intake. When you get back home, move them to their usual places.

• YUKA VARIETIES
• Yucca (yuka) genus from Asparagacee (Asparagus) family has 49 species and 24 subspecies. Cultivars of the showy varieties were also derived. The homeland of all its species is the North American continent and Central America. A few species are also found in the South American continent.
• You can tell if you are accustomed to the sun or not: Yucca leaves are very hard and thick. If not, it is very deprived of the sun. Or that plant is not Yucca, but a type of Dracaena. Some dracaena species and Yucca species are very similar to each other.

• Yuka does not like water much. Never water the soil before it dries. It withstands thirst but can get sick in moist soil.
• Irrigation is done less frequently in winter and more frequently in summer due to heat. You can create an irrigation period according to the climate of your place of residence. If the soil dries up rapidly in summer, you can control the soil moisture and follow its irrigation.

• It is a plant that loves to take air. It also needs more light to keep the leaf form steep. It can take in plenty of filtered daylight. It should not be exposed to the sun at a right angle.
• Does not like very cold or very hot environments. Daily air requirement should be met regularly.
• IF THE LEAVES OF YUKA PLANT DRY ATTENTION
• Yuka plant does not like to touch other objects. If it is exposed to draft, breeze, air conditioning or heater for a long time, drying and scarring will occur on its leaves.
• HOW IS YUKA PLANT STOPPED AND GROWN?
• If there are a few branches in the yucca body, it is cut with a sterilized flat-tipped cutter near the body. It is left to be rooted in water by waiting for a certain period of time. Water should be changed every 10-15 days. If you do not change its water, because the oxygen content in the water decreases, the plant cannot produce roots and rot.
