When lamb is cool enough to handle, separate meat from bones in large pieces; set meat aside and discard bones. For the Dough: Place flour and salt in food processor bowl and pulse twice to combine. Add butter and process until fully incorporated, 10 to 20 seconds. Add water (adding extra 1 teaspoon (5ml) water if rolling dough by hand) and egg yolk and process until dough ball starts to form and mixture looks pebbly, about 30 seconds. Transfer dough to lightly floured counter; return food processor bowl to base, but don&#8217;t clean it. Knead dough until uniform in texture (dough will remain slightly rough in texture), 15 to 30 seconds. Form dough into a 4-inch disk, wrap tightly in plastic, and set aside to rest on countertop for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours (or transfer to refrigerator for up to 24 hours). For the Manti Filling: Meanwhile, in now-empty food processor, place onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, allspice, Aleppo pepper, salt, and pepper and process until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, about 15 seconds.</p>

Chop into french fries for a pleasant snack. Mix it with olive oil, a tablespoon of starch, finely chopped garlic, ground pepper and salt. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven. A healthy alternative to fried potatoes. Thanks to the starch, it looks like fried in oil, not in the oven.</p>

<p>Collard greens, which include vegetables such as cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, and cauliflower, develop in winter. It has dark green leaves and is sold in bunches on top of each other. <p>1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil<br />
2 medium red bell peppers, chopped (about 2 cups)<br />
¾ cup thinly sliced green onion (about 1 small bunch)<br />
5 ounces roughly chopped spinach (about 5 cups)<br />
12 eggs<br />
3 tablespoons full-fat dairy (heavy cream, half-and-half, whole milk, sour cream or yogurt)<br />
Several dashes of your favorite hot sauce, like Cholula<br />
½ teaspoon fine salt<br />
10 twists of freshly ground black pepper<br />
4 ounces (1 cup) crumbled feta or goat cheese<br />
INSTRUCTIONS<br />
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan with butter (don’t be tempted to use cooking spray; it doesn’t work nearly as well).<br />
In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add the bell pepper and green onion and cook until the pepper is tender and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.<br />
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook, while stirring, until wilted, about 2 minutes. Set the pan aside to cool for a bit while we prepare the egg mixture.</p>

Sometimes, you need a healthy make-ahead breakfast. Whether you’re serving a crowd or trying to ease busy weekday mornings, this breakfast casserole is just the ticket.</p>
<p>Typically, breakfast casseroles includes sausage and potatoes. I loaded this one up with fresh veggies and greens instead, including red bell pepper, green onion and spinach.<br />
This healthy breakfast casserole is the perfect addition to a holiday breakfast spread. Since it offers some protein and vegetables, it’s a great way to help balance those delicious carb-heavy treats, like muffins and pancakes. I’d be thrilled to find this option alongside bagels and cream cheese. Leftovers are good for lunch, too.</p>
<p>To develop this recipe, I followed my foolproof frittata formula. It’s easy to make, colorful and delicious!</p>

Bake for 25 to 35 minutes (keep an eye on it), until the eggs are puffed and appear cooked, and the center of the frittata just barely jiggles when you give it a gentle shimmy. For good measure, insert a fork about ¼-inch into the center of the eggs and make sure the fork comes out clean<br />
Place the frittata on a cooling rack until you’re ready to serve. Slice with a sharp knife, and serve. Leftovers will keep well for about four days in the refrigerator. Enjoy leftovers chilled, at room temperature, or gently reheat in the microwave or oven.</p>

<p>1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil<br />
2 medium red bell peppers, chopped (about 2 cups)<br />
¾ cup thinly sliced green onion (about 1 small bunch)<br />
5 ounces roughly chopped spinach (about 5 cups)<br />
12 eggs<br />
3 tablespoons full-fat dairy (heavy cream, half-and-half, whole milk, sour cream or yogurt)<br />
Several dashes of your favorite hot sauce, like Cholula<br />
½ teaspoon fine salt<br />
10 twists of freshly ground black pepper<br />
4 ounces (1 cup) crumbled feta or goat cheese<br />
INSTRUCTIONS<br />
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 by 13-inch pan with butter (don’t be tempted to use cooking spray; it doesn’t work nearly as well).<br />
In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add the bell pepper and green onion and cook until the pepper is tender and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes.<br />
Add the spinach to the skillet and cook, while stirring, until wilted, about 2 minutes. Set the pan aside to cool for a bit while we prepare the egg mixture.</p>

Add your dairy of choice, several dashes of hot sauce, plus the salt and pepper. Whisk just until the egg yolks and whites are blended.<br />
Stir in half of the cheese (we’re reserving the other half for topping the frittata before baking). Transfer the lightly cooled veggies into the bowl, and stir to combine.<br />
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Evenly disperse the remaining cheese on top.<br />
Bake for 25 to 35 minutes (keep an eye on it), until the eggs are puffed and appear cooked, and the center of the frittata just barely jiggles when you give it a gentle shimmy. For good measure, insert a fork about ¼-inch into the center of the eggs and make sure the fork comes out clean<br />
Place the frittata on a cooling rack until you’re ready to serve. Slice with a sharp knife, and serve. Leftovers will keep well for about four days in the refrigerator. Enjoy leftovers chilled, at room temperature, or gently reheat in the microwave or oven.</p>

Sometimes, you need a healthy make-ahead breakfast. Whether you’re serving a crowd or trying to ease busy weekday mornings, this breakfast casserole is just the ticket.</p>
<p>Typically, breakfast casseroles includes sausage and potatoes. I loaded this one up with fresh veggies and greens instead, including red bell pepper, green onion and spinach.<br />
This healthy breakfast casserole is the perfect addition to a holiday breakfast spread. Since it offers some protein and vegetables, it’s a great way to help balance those delicious carb-heavy treats, like muffins and pancakes. I’d be thrilled to find this option alongside bagels and cream cheese. Leftovers are good for lunch, too.</p>
<p>To develop this recipe, I followed my foolproof frittata formula. It’s easy to make, colorful and delicious!</p>
<p>You’ll find the full recipe below, but here’s a brief summary:</p>
<p>Sauté the bell peppers and green onion until tender, then add spinach and cook until wilted. Set the pan aside for a few minutes to cool, so the warm veggies don’t cook the eggs when we stir them together.<br />
Whisk together the eggs with a dash of full-fat dairy, like whole milk or Greek yogurt, plus some salt and pepper. Stir in half of the cheese (we’re reserving the other half for topping the casserole).<br />
Transfer the veggies into the egg mixture, stir to combine, then gently pour it all into a buttered baking dish. Top with the rest of the cheese.<br />
Bake until the eggs are cooked through.</p>

<p>Don&#8217;t make the mistake of skipping out on base coat. It only takes a few extra minutes to apply, and it <strong>prevents chips and yellow nail stains</strong> that can come from dark nail polishes. Because &#8220;toenails tend to dry out due to exposure in the summer heat,&#8221; Remark explains, &#8220;it&#8217;s best to use a moisturizing base coat formula,&#8221; like pro favorite.</p>
<h2><strong>Paint on polish.</strong></h2>
<p>The toes are a great place to play with a bolder polish shade, as they can be hidden if needed (or balanced out with a more muted nail color). We&#8217;ve seen nail polish trends from bright pinks to periwinkle blues to fun nail art this season. And a pop of color looks good on all skin tones. If you prefer to keep things classic, a sheer nude is always a contender for compliments as well. <strong>Be careful not to layer polish on too thick</strong>: Instead, layer on several thin coats, allowing adequate time to dry between each coat for best results.</p>
<h2><strong>Seal your color with a no-chip top coat.</strong></h2>
<p>&#8220;For a top coat, seek a strengthening formula,&#8221; Since toes are always exposed in sandals, it&#8217;s a good idea to find a long-wear version that will help nail color stay chip-free. &#8220;Reapply your top coat every four days to keep your polish as long-lasting and shiny as possible,&#8221; she suggests.</p>
<h2><strong>Be patient!</strong></h2>
<p>Don&#8217;t let all your hard work to go to waste. Make sure to wait for your freshly-polished toenails to completely dry before slipping on socks or closed-toe shoes. Even though nails may feel dry, rushing the drying process can result in unwanted smudges. Remark recommends <strong>waiting at least two hours to put shoes on</strong> for the perfect pedicure.</p>
<h2><strong>Don&#8217;t forget cuticle oil.</strong></h2>
<p>Cuticle oil is key for healthy, strong nails, whether on hands or toes. &#8220;It refreshes your pedicure and prevents toes from looking dry, so don&#8217;t forget to swipe some over your toes. But remember to <strong>always apply cuticle oil </strong><em>after</em><strong> nail polish</strong> so that it won&#8217;t interfere with the color adhering to nails.</p>
<h2><strong>Keep up the good work.</strong></h2>
<p>By now you realize how easy it is to give yourself a salon-worthy pedicure at home, so stick to it! Remark suggests treating yourself to <strong>pedicures every two or three weeks</strong> for those with very active lifestyles to maintain proper foot health. &#8220;Otherwise every three to four weeks is sufficient, depending on how quickly your nails grow,&#8221;</p>

No need to obsess about a particular “superfood&#8221; or exotic ingredient. There are plenty of options in regular grocery stores. What matters most is your overall eating pattern. In a nutshell, most people need to eat more fruits and vegetables, cut down on sugar and salt, and choose whole foods over processed ones.</p>
<p><strong><b>Flaxseeds</b></strong></p>
<p>These tiny brown seeds are rich in ALA (alpha-linolenic acid), a type of omega-3 fatty acid found in plants. Omega-3s are fats that are good for you because they can reduce the harmful effects of UV radiation, smoking, and pollution. They can also lessen wrinkles in your skin and improve dry skin. Flaxseed oil, which is made from pressed flaxseeds, is known to make skin smoother and to appear less scaly. Other foods that are high in omega-3 fats are chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, salmon, albacore tuna, and sardines.</p>
<p><strong><b>Kiwis</b></strong></p>
<p>Did you know that kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges? Kiwis are helpful foods for skin health because vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that help zaps free radicals in cells. Some studies show that vitamin C may protect skin against UV damage, help with the production of collagen, and make skin more hydrated. Eat kiwis when they’re fully ripe, as this is when they have the most antioxidants. Other good sources of vitamin C include blackcurrants, blueberries, citrus fruits, guava, red peppers, parsley, strawberries, and broccoli.</p>
<p><strong><b>Avocados</b></strong></p>
<p>They are good sources of vitamins C and E, which are two of the many antioxidants that help protect cells from damage. Avocados also contain lutein and zeaxanthin, which some early studies show may help improve skin tone. And avocados are rich in monounsaturated fat, which (like other fats and oils) helps your body absorb certain vitamins, including A, D, E, and K.</p>

Green tea also contains flavonoids, which help with DNA repair, and are even shown to help lessen fine lines. One study shows that you’ll get the most flavonoids from green tea if you steep it in cold water for a long time.</p>
