Dry and cracked elbows, heels and nail bottoms… Your reign comes to an end with a few drops of olive oil!

For a soft skin like a baby, drip olive oil into the bath water. You can also try to rub the oil on your body before bathing and try to get into the bath that way. So, there will be no need for moisturizer after washing.

Massage the olive oil you have heated in your palm to your clean face. No laziness, take this as a ritual. The weakest ring finger is also suitable for massaging the rest of the face, except around the eyes. Feed more oil to problem areas. Continue the application with gentle tapping movements, especially throughout the custody and crowbar area where the facial lines are prominent. To prevent clogging of the pores, you can wipe off excess oil with a cotton ball. Following the olive oil, use a water-based moisturizer to lock the oil into the skin.

Lips don’t neglect! Mix the powdered sugar with a little olive oil to get a peeling consistency and apply it to your lips. You will get a smooth result.

For soft chicken tacos, add 2 minutes of cook time to the chicken in the air fryer so the chicken is cooked through. Warm your tortillas up then top with the shredded chicken and hello super juicy soft chicken tacos!
Why air fryer tacos?
Did you know you can make your own crispy hard shell tacos at home? Just like homemade tortilla chips, homemade hard shell tacos are super easy, barely an inconvenience. All you need are corn tortillas. You could deep-fry or bake the tortillas for that crispy crunch you’re looking for, but really, the air-fryer is the answer. Less oil, less mess, more crunch. Everything you could want in a homemade hard shell taco.
Do I need an air fryer?
Technically you don’t need an air fryer because an air fryer is really just a very tiny convection oven that heats up super quickly. So if you have convection mode on your oven or don’t mind waiting for your oven to heat up, you can bake these tacos for that same crispy crunch. We love the current air fryer we have though because it has such a giant fry basket and cleanup is a lot easier than washing baking trays.

Divide the dough up evenly, making sure to keep the dough you’re not working with covered so it doesn’t dry out
Roll each piece of dough out into a log
Roll each log out into a rope about 12-16 inches long, let it rest for a short bit, then roll it out into a rope 24-28 inches long
Put the dough rope into a U-shape with the ends pointing up. Cross the ends once or twice, then bring them down towards the bottom of the U at 4 and 8 o’clock. Press down lightly. That’s it!

Soft pretzel ingredients
If you’ve made bread before, you can make pretzels! The dough is made out of the same ingredients, plus a little special addition: beer. For these pretzels, you’ll need: instant yeast, water, brown sugar, bread flour, beer, butter, salt, baking soda, and an egg yolk. Easy peasy. I bet you have everything in your pantry right now. The beer adds an extra malty flavor, but if you don’t want to use it, just substitute water.

We’re aiming for a soft peak, which will help the cheesecake be fluffy and jiggly. You want your egg whites to look like almost fully whipped egg whites, but when you pull your whisk up from the whites, the whites will gently fold over like the tip of a nice swirl of soft ice cream, instead of standing straight up.

Kitchen scale
The measurements in this recipe are by weight because Japanese cheesecake can be a little finicky when baking by volume. If you don’t yet have a kitchen scale, you should totally get one because they are cheap and will change your baking life forever. You’ll wonder why it took you so long to start baking by weight before, it’s so much easier!

250 grams room temperature cream cheese
60 grams unsalted butter
100 ml whole milk
6 large egg yolks
70 grams sugar
60 grams cake flour
20 grams cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
Meringue
6 large egg whites
If you can’t wait overnight, start your dough really, really in the morning, it’ll need to proof for 8 hours.

Activate the yeast: Stir together the yeast and sugar with warm water in your mixing bowl.
Make your pretzel dough: Add the beer, butter, flour, and salt and knead until everything comes together into a smooth elastic dough.
Rest. Move the dough to a large, lightly greased bowl, cover and let proof in the fridge for 8-24 hours.
Shape: Divide the dough into 8 and shape into pretzels (see below).
Proof. Let the pretzels double in size.
Baked baking soda bath: In a large sauce pan, very carefully heat up the baked baking soda with water.
Dip. Carefully dip the pretzels in the baking soda bath shake off the excess and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush with an egg yolk wash and sprinkle with salt.
Bake. Bake until beautifully brown and golden. Brush with butter if you want some extra shine and that delicious buttery flavor.

1/2 cup warm water ~100º-115ºF
1/2 cup pilsner beer or lager/beer of choice
2 tbsp unsalted butter room temp
3.25 cups bread flour 420g
2 tsp fine sea salt 12g
1/4 cup baked baking soda see notes
1 egg yolk beaten with 1 tbsp water
coarse salt to finish

Instructions
Activate your yeast: Stir together water, yeast and sugar in the bowl of your stand mixer, then let stand for 5-7 minutes. The mixture should be foamy and bubbly.
Add the beer, butter, flour, and salt then knead using the dough hook on low speed until combined. Continue to knead on medium low until your dough is smooth and elastic, 5-7 minutes. The dough should be slightly tacky but not at all sticky. Place dough in a lightly greased large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise in the fridge for 8-24 hours.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Turn the dough out on an unfloured work surface. For the next few steps, always keep the dough covered and work with 1 portion at a time.

In true Pinch of Yum must-have-the-food-now style, it made 0% rational sense. I had butter that was literally melted from sitting out on the counter for, like, three seconds, I had NO brown sugar, and I added a little too much extra flour. I proceeded to bake the accidental cookies in my oven which I had to start by lighting a FIRE with a MATCH inside of it and which had NO TEMPERATURE MARKINGS other than the numbers 1-5. I am laughing out loud over here – howwww did I do anything?
WHAT MAKES THEM THE BEST
I’ve always loved that old Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, but I’ve always kind of been annoyed about it, too. Like why does it need to melt only half of the butter? Does it really not work to melt ALL of it? And why does it need the spoonful of brown sugar? Or does it? Sheesh, how annoying is the person who wrote that recipe anyway?

These cookies are soft, thick, bricks of chocolate chunks and buttery dough baked into a heavy, milk-loving cookie that is my most favorite chocolate chip cookie of all time. ♡

Wait, though. They are singing a love song to you: BAKE ME.

BAKE ME IN YOUR OVEN RIGHT NOW.
HOW THESE COOKIES CAME TO BE
A loooong time ago, when we were living in the Philippines, I accidentally discovered my new favorite way to make cookies. The recipe is many many years old, but if you like to creep, they can be located here.

And let me just take a moment to acknowledge that seriously without fail – everything good that I make is always inspired by haphazard accidents, including but not limited to broken refrigerators and lacking ingredients and my really strong tendency towards laziness.

1/2 cup warm water ~100º-115ºF
1 tbsp tightly packed dark brown sugar 12.5g

1/4 tsp cream of tartar
70 grams sugar
