WITH THE MATERIALS AVAILABLE IN THE HOME, YOU CAN CREATE NATURAL ELIXIR.
The biggest reason we get sick more in winter is that we spend more time inside. We both breathe the same air as a sick person, and since the air inside is generally dry, germs can be transmitted more easily. Therefore, the most important thing we can do to protect against diseases in winter is to go out to the outside, to nature and to clean air. If possible, it is a good idea to get forest and especially sea air. And of course, we must pay attention to our diet, sleep, and stress level to strengthen our immune system. In addition, it is always wise to eat vegetables and fruits and fermented foods that are rich in vitamin C and D, but even more important during the winter months.
