Immune Strengthening Water Recipes

1 – Ginger

water is prepared by grating 1 finger of fresh ginger per 1 liter of water. It can be brewed by adding green tea, linden or marshmallow flower into boiled water and consumed as herbal tea. It can prevent or alleviate cold symptoms such as cough by strengthening the immune system.

2 – Cucumber

water is prepared by cutting 1 cucumber into long thin strips per 1 liter of water. It reduces toxins in the body and helps detoxification. 3 – Apple

cider vinegar water is prepared by adding 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to 1 glass of warm water. It can be drunk in the morning on an empty stomach or during the day when blood sugar drops. It provides resistance to flu and cold and supports the weight loss process.

4 – Cumin tea

– 1 teaspoon of cumin can be added to 1 cup of water, boiled, strained and drunk with 3-4 drops of lemon juice. It helps relieve bloating, relieve digestion and soothe nerves. It is especially suitable to drink after lunch and dinner.

5 – Fennel tea

1 teaspoon of fennel seeds are added to 1 cup of boiling water, and after steeping for 5 minutes, the seeds are removed. It can be flavored with cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamom. It is stomach and intestines friendly, prevents gas and bloating and allows toxins to be expelled. It is suitable to drink after main meals.
