We have been meeting with producers all over Anatolia. Because protecting a good producer means protecting the land and water. Do we respect that food produced with a thousand labor and keep it well in order not to waste it? Do we store the food well, respecting the food so that we do not waste it?
Sometimes we all say, “What difference does what we do individually?” We say, but when we come together, our impact is much greater. We respect that breadcrumb, the sun and the labor behind it, the tomato at every stage, from the soil to the seed, to the table. So we should be able to do everything we can to avoid wasting it.
