Set of four size 4.5 mm (U.S. 7) double-pointed needles. Size
4.5 mm (U.S. 7) circular knitting needle 24 ins [60 cm] long or
size needed to obtain gauge. 16 ins [40.5 cm] round pillow
form.
GAUGE
20 sts and 26 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] in stocking st.
INSTRUCTIONS
2 COLOR VERSION
Front and Back (make 2 pieces alike).
With MC and set of 4 needles, cast on 4 sts.
1st rnd: Inc 1 st in each st. 8 sts. Divide sts onto 3 needles:
(2, 3, 3). Join in rnd, placing a marker on first st.
2nd rnd: *Inc 1 st in next st. Rep from * around. 16 sts.
3rd rnd: *Inc1P. P1. Rep from * around. 24 sts.
4th rnd: Purl.
5th rnd: *Inc 1 st in next st. K2. Rep from * around. 32 sts.
6th rnd: Knit.
7th rnd: *Inc1P. P3. Rep from * around. 40 sts.
8th rnd: Purl.
