- Aromatherapy means healing with herbs. It is a therapy method that we use for soul-body-mind integrity, dating back 6,000 years. Plants; It aims at holistic balance through essential and fixed oils obtained from different parts such as shell, leaf, flower, fruit, seed, stem and root by various methods and is based on self-support and healing by stimulating the body and mind. What is a chakra? How can it be balanced with aromatherapy?
- Chakra literally means wheel – wheel – ring in Sanskrit. Chakras; are our energy centers. The energies produced from these centers are transmitted to our physical – etheric – astral – mental – spiritual body through channels we call nadi. Our body structure has five layers as can be understood from here. This whole structure constitutes our energy field, our aura. The wider and clearer this area is, the more balanced, strong and energetic we will be.
- So, how do aromatherapy and chakras function together? We can add the healing that comes with the essence of plants to our lives through the forms we use orally, by smelling, or by applying it to our bodies. Here, I will talk more about our sense of smell and share effective information to talk about the effect of smell as well as putting it in the mouth and applying it to the skin, and to benefit from the power of scent in your daily chakra practice.

- You can burn the essential oils we mentioned in the censer or a diffuser in the area where you practice yoga. You can also combine it with base oils and choose to use it as a massage oil, as a point massage or as a natural perfume.
