The S.Pellegrino Junior Chef Academy opens its doors to participants from more than 70 countries, ensuring that talent is not restricted in terms of ethnicity, gender, geography or other factors. All participants of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef contest held so far, together with high-level participants such as Masters at different levels of the contest, Guides and Jury Members, join the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy.
