A Healthy Recipe : Collagen Pumpkin Soup

With Collagen’s flavorless, odorless and colorless formula, your soup will always have the taste and consistency you are used to. We recommended pumpkin soup, but you can add it to any soup you like.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Sachet of Hydrolyzed Collagen
  • 3 large slices of pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic

 

  • 1 spoon of oil
  • Salt, chili pepper, freshly ground black pepper, turmeric, 1 teaspoon (preferably) ginger powder
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 milk in glass of water
  • 1 cup of broth or 2 tablets of broth PREPARATION
  1. Cut the squash into cubes, wash and boil in a pot.
  2. Fry the onion and garlic in a pan with oil and add to the pan.
  3. Add a glass of broth and salt and mix. Boil until vegetables are soft.
  4. Blend and add milk, paprika, and half a teaspoon of turmeric.
  5. Boil for another five minutes on low heat, add black pepper and turn off the heat.
  6. Add your soup to your bowl and add 1 Sachet of Hydrolyzed Collagen into the bowl and mix.
  7. You can decorate for service as you wish.
