All the labor behind water, soil, food production . Are we aware of where the story of what we eat comes from? Good manufacturer, are we looking for good product? Since our first season in Ruhun Doysun, A Way of Life, we have been meeting with producers all over Anatolia. Because protecting a good producer means protecting the land and water. Do we respect that food produced with a lot of effort and keep it well in order not to waste it? Do we know its value? Do we store the food well, respecting the food so as not to waste it?

Sometimes we all say, “What difference does what we do individually?” We say, but when we come together, our impact is much greater. We respect that breadcrumb, the sun and the labor behind it, the tomato at every stage, from the soil, from the seed to the table. So we should be able to do everything we can to avoid wasting it.
