Simply take a piece of tissue and fold it into folds. Gently dip a small brush in a layer of smooth translucent powder into your mouth and gently touch the tissue over your mouth. 5-Making matte lipstick with eyeshadow:
If you are using really dark lipstick, you can see that the texture and the translucent powder still brighten up too much lipstick, in which case you may prefer a simple lipstick and a similar color matte shadow instead of using a transparent powder.
You can apply eyeshadow directly onto the lipstick using just one small flat brush. This application makes your lips much more elegant. After finished, you can apply a touch of glitter champagne or gold eyeshadow to the center of the lip to create a 3 d effect. It’s creative and fun.
